Put Wikipedia On Your iPod FREE!

Wikipedia is one of my totally favorite sites. I go there for just about everything.

It's basically a giant wiki so you can get your own account and add to it or add to other listings.

Now there is software named Encyclopedia you can download free that will allow you to install Wikipedia onto your iPod for offline viewing.

Radical!

Yup, it's true! You can turn your iPod into an offline Wikipedia reader!

Plus, the program uses the .epodia format which means you can make your own wiki and then traslate it into a iPod readable format using the program wiki2ebook.

According to SourceForge.net: Encyclopodia is a free software project that brings the Wikipedia, which is one of the largest encyclopedias in the world, to the Apple iPod. Encyclopodia can be installed on iPod genarations one to four, as well as on iPod Minis and Photo iPods.

So go ahead and take a look yourself. Just think of how handy that total body of knowedge will be for vacations in foriegn countries, school you name it!
