"I Lounge" is some great software that I have come across and use. It is a windows based application program that can be installed on your Ipod and acts as an organiser. It is extremely good, reliable and has some fantastic features. Its very trustworthy as windows is a well recognised and credible brand.

There are also some less popular software which convert Ipod files to MP4 or MP3. This is mainly used by those wanting to transfer pod casts on to the newest multimedia players. This is unsuccessful a lot of the time though as most files are designed specifically for Ipod and its different types.
